This means, that breakfast at Rouista is an experience you cannot miss! Gastronomy, is an essential part of Rouista, of Epirus and of the holistic, Greek experience that we want to offer to all guests. With “meraki”, love and care, we prepare everything that you taste on a daily base.
This is because we consider gastronomy to be a key part of every trip. Epirus and specifically Tzoumerka have pure raw materials and traditional recipes that are a reference point for the visitor.
So we created a special menu by choosing local producers and local ingredients, enriching the local recipes with modern touches.
But Rouista gastronomy is not just about the menu. We always have a gastronomic proposal accompanied by themed events offering a different experience to the traveler.
