Drive to Kipi village for the morning activity.
Morning Activity (half-day activity): Bridges & Villages hike.
3-hours easy hike which crosses the old villages and stone-built bridges.
During the hike we will visit an old traditional house that has been turned into a museum. We will have an interesting talk about the unique architecture of Zagori’s stone built villages. We will also have the opportunity to see rare herb collections which were used by local doctors aka ‘Vikogiatroi’ for medical and cooking purposes.

After the hike, we will visit the natural pools of Bayiotiko stream, near Kipi village, for a swim and time to relax.
Back to the hotel, time to relax.
Afternoon activity: Visit Elafotopos village, Roka hotel. Felt Wool seminar
Lena will be waiting for us there, where we will do a felt seminar with her. She will also teach us how to make our own piece on the traditional loom that we will take with us as a souvenir from the experience.
Traditional dinner at Elafotopos, freshly cooked with local products directly from the hotel’s private estate.

Morning Activity (full-day tour): E-Bike tour
Meeting in Tsepelovo village, briefing for the e-bike tour, and start of the tour towards Gyftocampos area.
First stop at “Sarakatsaniki stani”, a unique open-air museum of Sarakatsani folklore. There, we will have coffee and traditional sweets.
The next destination is Iliochori village, where we will visit the most impressive waterfall in the area. After a short 20 minute hike, we find the waterfalls’ large swimming pool, where we can rest, swim, and enjoy energy snacks. We will return to the road and our e-bikes and head back to Tsepelovo village.
On our way back, we will stop in “Giftokampos free Inn”, where Mr. Akis will have prepared us a vegan food experience.
We relax for a while and continue with our e-bikes to Tsepelovo village to complete our day activity.
Return to the hotel. Free time.

Wine tasting, Kayak on the Aoos’s Springs Lake
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning Activity (full-day tour)
Departure from the hotel heading towards the village of Metsovo.
Visit Metsovo village for a wine tasting experience and lake kayaking activity in Aoos’s Lake.
In Metsovo we will have a tour in the village, we will visit the historic Averof winery for a wine tasting experience of wines produced in the region.
We then head to Aoos’s springs lake (artificial mountain lake), where we will paddle with kayaks.
During the activity, we will enjoy the magnificent scenery the lake offers and enjoy energy snacks.
Next up is Greveniti village, where we will have lunch at the village’s traditional tavern, which specializes in local trout.
After lunch, we head back to Zagori.

Canyoning experience in Rogovos canyon / visit at a family farm

Morning Activity (half-day activity):
Canyoning experience in Rogovos canyon, near Papigo village.
Experience the thrilling natural beauty of Zagori and its canyons, carved over millions of years by the relentless action of running water.
Canyoning is an absolutely unforgettable experience that allows us to discover the wonders of nature by abseiling and jumping waterfalls, sliding down natural water slides and swimming through crystal clear pools.
From easy family-orientated trips to advanced high-intensity adventures, Trekking Hellas Ioannina offers canyoning on all levels suitable for everyone’s appetite. Our highly trained and qualified instructors will provide the perfect balance between fun and safety as you explore spectacular environments normally inaccessible and experience the thrill of canyoning.
Post-activity lunch, in Astra Inn restaurant in Megalo Papigo village overlooking the imposing Towers of Astraka and its peak. Lunch is served with fresh local products cut straight from the restaurant’s vegetable garden.
Afternoon activity: Visit at a small family farm
After lunch, we will visit a family run farm in Papigo village. The owners operate a small donkey breeding farm and will discuss with us the challenges and processes of their business. We will also see traditional farming methods used by older generations of local farmers.
Return to the hotel. Time to relax.

Papigo – Voidomatis Springs – Vikos village hike / Spa experience
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning activity (half-day): Papigo-Voidomatis Springs-Vikos village hike
Hike from Papigo village towards Voidomatis’s springs and Vikos village. It is a 5-hour easy hike, offering panoramic views to Voidomatis and Vikos gorges.
A route, we reach the springs of Voidomatis, where we will enjoy a picnic lunch and/or a refreshing swim at 6-8 ºC before we finish our hike at Vikos village.
Return to the hotel for relaxation. Free time.

Rafting in the clear turquoise water of Voidomatis River / Yoga
Breakfast at the hotel.
Morning Activity (half-day activity): Rafting in Voidomatis River
This beautiful rafting route takes place in Vikos-Aoos National Park’s heart, featuring deep vegetation and centuries’ old plane trees. The highlights of the descent are the 17th century-old monasteries, the jumps in the crystal-clear waters, and the small waterfalls!
The descent finishes shortly after the arched stone bridge of Klidonia, in our rafting base. After rafting, we will have lunch in the local restaurant next to our rafting base. The restaurant’s famous specialty is grilled trout!
Return to the hotel for relaxing.
Afternoon activity: Yoga
In the afternoon, a yoga session will run in the hotel.
